Notts County midfielder Alan Judge is good enough to play in the Premier League, according to his boss Keith Curle. The 23 year old began his career at Blackburn Rovers but did not play a game in the top-flight in two-and-a-half-years at Ewood Park before leaving to join the League One club in January last year.

"Put him in the right team and he could play Premier League football," said Curle. "He has got the ability and a devilment about him. Play the ball into him in and around the final-third and he makes things happen.

"We know he can make us tick and with players like him you have got to give them a free rein.

"The more quality players we can bring in, the better Alan Judge will get."
