Manchester City face a battle to convince Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko to move to Eastlands.
City are said to be on the brink of a £36 million agreement for the Bosnia international.
However, Tuttosport says Dzeko was advised by his entourage to reject the advances of Roberto Mancini, when they learnt of the interest from the Bianconeri.
Now the Serie A giants believe that they can land the hitman for £25million, which probably represents a more realistic price, but new Wolfsburg boss Steve McClaren, will not sell willingly.
