Liverpool and Arsenal are being offered Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan today.
Turan has upset Atletico's board after throwing a boot at match officials during defeat to Barcelona last week.
The Daily Star says any potential move would cost £22million and the English duo face competition from the likes of PSG, Dortmund, both Milan sides and Roma.
Famously, Turan would regularly travel to Merseyside to watch his beloved Liverpool in action before his move to Atleti.
