The agent of Manchester United striker Kiko Macheda admits a move in January is unlikely.

Macheda is on-loan at Doncaster Rovers this month.

Giovanni Bia told TMW: "It's difficult since he will be out of contract and Manchester at the moment does not seem willing to let him go for zero before the summer.

"Hardly any clubs invest a given sum for a player who six months later they can get for free. Much will depend on what Manchester United decide to do and if they will release him ahead of time. For now it is useless to think of the market."
