Central Coast Mariners goalkeeper Danny Vukovic is set to make his 100th appearance for the club.
The 24-year old has been brilliant in goals for the Mariners since making his first team debut in 2005 and i the past few seasons has emerged as Lawrie McKinna's number on choice.
"It's gone pretty quickly," he said.
"It seems like only yesterday I played my first game her at Bluetongue. It's been a great five years, and now just looking forward to this season, hopefully it can be a successful one.
"With Lawrie, he put his faith in me when I was 19 and up and coming," he added.
"He could have easily gone out and got another goalkeeper but he gave me a chance, and I'm grateful that he did that."
The former Australian U20 and U23 shot-stopper will play his 100th match for the Mariners against Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium this Saturday August 29 at 3:00pm.
