The Irish Sun says his former Manchester City boss Sven-Goran Eriksson is keen on a reunion.
The Swede is currently technical director of Al Nasr, where former Italy keeper Walter Zenga is boss.
Dunne has expressed an interest in a move to the MLS - but while he could see his salary cut by 80 PER CENT if he moved to America, Al Nasr could match the 60,000 a week he collected at Villa.
