Tottenham's academy squad are in Switzerland for the Tournoi International de Monthey.
Spurs won the title in 2008 and successfully defended it last year by beating Hajduk Split in the final.
This time around they face Brazilian side CA Boca Juniors, FC Zenit St Petersburg from Russia and hosts FC Monthey in Group A.
"It's a very, very highly-rated tournament and you only have to look at the teams involved to see why," Spurs coach Alex Inglethorpe told the club's website.
"In the last two years we've played Flamengo, Hajduk Split, Marseille, Eintracht Frankfurt, Sporting Lisbon, FC Sion and now we'll come up against Boca Juniors and FC Zenit.
"That shows you the invaluable experience the lads gain from these tournaments and how well we've done competing against top players from around the world.
"For our younger players, it's invaluable to their development."
