Swansea City goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel is delighted with his first team run in the absence of Michel Vorm.
Tremmel will play his THIRD top-flight game of the season at Southampton today as Vorm is out with a groin injury after getting crocked at Manchester City last month.
Tremmel, 33, said: "I was thinking about leaving Swansea in the summer. I thought my chance would never come because Michel was doing so well.
"It's hard being on the bench. If you're not playing you can't be satisfied. You work hard but you don't get rewarded with a game at the weekend. My attitude is to train at 100 per cent - I expect myself to be a No 1 keeper.
"For it to end up as it is right now, I'm very pleased."
