Swansea City are revving their interest in Saint Etienne fullback Franck Tabanou.
The Mirror says Swansea are set to make a £4million bid for Tabanou if the French club miss out on Champions League qualification.
Swans boss Garry Monk is in the market for a left-back to compete with Neil Taylor, and former France Under-21 international Tabanou can also provide cover in midfield.
The Welsh club expressed their interest in the 25-year-old in January, but St Etienne were unwilling to let the player depart while they were battling for Champions League qualification.
