On-loan from Marseille, Djibril Cisse admits he's delighted to be back in the Premiership with Sunderland.

The former Liverpool striker told BBC Radio Newcastle: "It's one of the best leagues in the world and I'm really proud to be here.

"We played against Van Persie and Adebayor against Arsenal this weekend, and in two weeks time we play against Michael Owen and Newcastle.

"It's good to play against the best players in the world and Europe."
