Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas has warned Manchester City they face an inspired Emmanuel Adebayor tomorrow.
Adebayor missed the crucial spot-kick which handed Basel victory in the Europa League quarter-final last week. But he has vowed to put things right against City and Villas-Boas (left) will be looking for an immediate reaction.
The manager said: "I think the penalty miss is something that happens to all the great players.
"Zlatan Ibrahimovic missed a penalty, Lionel Messi missed a penalty last season against Chelsea, so it happens to the best.
"He had a great game against City in the first round of fixtures, so it can serve as an inspiration for a player that has played there and hopefully we can profit from that in some way."
