David Silva is convinced Manchester City can win the Champions League.

He reckons that City will be challenging both Real Madrid and Barcelona for Champions League glory soon - despite failing to get past the group stage this season.

He said: "Barcelona have won many titles and Madrid have had the same structure for a long time.

"But we are getting there and if not next year then very soon, we will be fighting them for the Champions League."
