Seattle Sounders know Fredy Montero's reputation is growing across Europe. Fulham have been linked with the young striker, while clubs from Spain and Italy are also taking notice.

"It's a good sign when clubs are interested in our players. It means they're developing here," Sounders FC technical boss Chris Henderson told the Seattle Times. "We always have to be looking, because if a Fredy Montero is bought by a foreign team then the league has to approve the buyout. If something happens, then we're proactive about it."
