Schalke are demanding investigation into Didier Drogba's eligibility at Galatasaray.

Schalke have claimed Chelsea legend Drogba may not have been eligible to play for Galatasaray in their 1-1 Champions League draw in Istanbul last night.

The striker joined from Shanghai Shenhua in January but Schalke, who could try to get the Turkish side kicked out of the competition, said: "There are doubts about the validity of the permission for Drogba to play in the Champions League."
