Sampdoria are encouraging Fulham to bid for midfielder Daniele Dessena.

Samp need to raise cash to fund an offer for Fiorentina winger Franco Semioli and hope Fulham come in for Dessena.

Dessena is also wanted by Udinese, but they're only interested in a player exchange.
