Harry Redknapp is ready to leave QPR if they fail to win promotion this season.
The Sunday Mirror says QPR chiefs are aware that their manager is considering his long-term future and, with a major summer clear-out needed, Rangers owner Tony Fernandes believes he will need a new manager to lead the process.
The former Tottenham boss is 67, and pals say he is considering ending his managerial career this summer, if he fails to revive QPR's bid for promotion.
He has a year left on his contract, but it is believed he could reach a settlement with the club.
