Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has no problem with the players holding a dinner meeting.

The players met last week, without any coaching staff invited.

"It's the same thing as always as far as I'm concerned. That is an issue for the players, not for me," said Ancelotti.

"They haven't asked for my permission, I don't see why a player would need to ask for permission to go out for dinner. It was a very nice dinner. When the players meet up like that it is great for the dressing room atmosphere and I'm happy they had this dinner. That's all I have to say on the matter. They showed up to training on Friday, there weren't any problems and everyone was happy."
