Eto'o is available after coming off contract at Chelsea.
Eto'o is understood to be keen to remain in London, but it appears Redknapp is ruling himself out of a move for the 34-year-old, says the Fulham Chronicle.
Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham United have also been linked.
