Palermo president Zamparini adamant Arsenal in talks for Dybala

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini insists he's in talks with Arsenal over the sale of Paulo Dybala.

Zamparini says that he IS negotiating with Arsenal over Dybala, despite Arsene Wenger's protests.

Wenger insisted there was no bid but Zamparini has once again come out to say Arsenal are in the race.

Zamparini said: "PSG know that the player is on the market. At this moment, Juve is in pole position and wants to close the deal in a week.

"I want the best deal possible.

"The Turin club made me an offer of €35m, but I want €40m or more. Also, I'm negotiating with Arsenal"
