Osasuna full-back Cesar Azpilicueta is a £2 million target for Arsenal.
The Sun says the Spain Under-21 star, who can also play as a defensive midfielder, is left-footed but has mostly played on the right.
He said: "I know of rumours linking me with Arsenal but I have yet to speak with anybody from the club.
"At the moment, I can only concentrate on working with Osasuna and progressing my football."
Azpilicueta, 20, made his La Liga debut in 2007.
