West Ham United utility Joey O'Brien feels they can start climbing the table with Andy Carroll back in action.

Carroll is back in training and inching ever closer to a return to action.

O'Brien said: "It's good news for everyone because big Andy is a massive player for us.

"He is a great influence on the team when he plays and I don't believe that any central defender wants to play against him.

"Andy creates momentum for the rest of us, gets us on the front foot and makes things happen."
