Newcastle United are interested in Chicago Fire midfielder Marco Pappa.
The Daily Mail says Newcastle are looking to take Chicago Fire and Guatemala midfielder Pappa on trial next season.
Pappa, 23, has been with the Fire since 2008.
He joined from Guatemalan side CSD Municipal and his current MLS contract expires at the end of next season.
