Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has ordered a full-blown review of their derby defeat to Sunderland.

Sunday's catastrophe plunged Newcastle back into the relegation mire.

The Geordies are five points clear of the drop zone but face Liverpool and Arsenal in their last two home games.

Pardew knows that a side with just one away win all season will probably need to win at least one of their remaining games at West Brom, West Ham or QPR.
