NAC Breda are unsure where they stand with Chelsea and striker Stipe Perica.
It's reported Perica has informed NAC he is leaving them for Italy, where he is expected to join Udinese.
But NAC technical director Graeme Rutjes told Omroep Brabant: "He does not know yet where he is going.
"It's very strange, yes Stipe said: 'I am leaving, I am gone'. He said he's going to Italy, but not to any club.
"We are still in limbo. We have not heard anything from Chelsea.
"Chelsea pays for everything, his entire salary. So they decide, it comes down to them."
