Club captain Wes Morgan has said that Leicester City players are coping well with the supporters' newfound expectations.
The Foxes have won five out of their last six games and the home support has found a new voice at the King Power Stadium.
"There was a lot going on when we walked out (against Newcastle) but you have to make sure you are concentrating on your job," said a grateful Morgan.
"It was a game we looked at all week as a must-win game, and to get such a great start and run out 3-0 winners was exactly what we needed.
"It was a different pressure that we hadn't experienced for most of the season.
"To go into a game you are expected to win is a different type of pressure. I think the boys coped with that and that showed in our performance."
