Orlando City SC have announced the signing of Seb Hines from Middlesbrough.
The 26-year old defender has joined the MLS expansion club on a season-long loan with the option to extend pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate.
Lions boss Adrian Heath was delighted to land a player such as Hines who has represented England on 17 occasions at youth level and has also appeared in the Premier League, Championship and League One for the likes of Boro, Derby County, Oldham Athletic and Coventry City.
"We're very pleased to have Seb join us," said Heath in a club statement.
"His experience will be very valuable for our team's competitive position in our first MLS season. We look forward to start working with him."
