Manchester City scout Carlo Cancellieri has confirmed their interest in AS Roma star Daniele De Rossi. De Rossi is inside the final year of his Roma deal amid reports of receiving a €9 million-a-year offer from City to move to Etihad stadium for the new season.
"He is very strong and it would be the icing on the cake," Cancellieri told Calciomercato.it.
"With his signing, I think we could really win the Premier League."
