Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez was on the scoresheet for Mexico in victory over El Salvador.

The United striker rose off the bench on the hour mark, replacing Aldo de Negris, to help cement a sixth consecutive victory with a fine right-footed finish at the near post.

Chicharito, as he's affectionately known, had previously scored another late goal in Mexico's 5-0 win over Guyana last week, taking his total to two in two for the international break.
