Manchester United are maintaining a watching brief for Dulwich Hamlet defender Michael Chambers.

United took another look at the 17-year-old during Dulwich's FA Youth Cup game against Oxford, as did a host of other Premier League clubs.

The player's representative Paolo Vernazza, who played for Arsenal and Watford, said: "Michael is a very talented and sensible boy who we believe has a bright future which is not dependent on any immediate moves."
