Manchester United are keeping tabs on Danny Sturridge's situation at Chelsea.
Sturridge's future at Stamford Bridge could be in doubt after Chelsea launched a £50 million offer for Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero last night.
The England U21 striker is similar in style to Aguero and he will have no interest in playing second fiddle to the Argie.
United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is a big fan of Sturridge and sees he and Danny Welbeck as the future attack of England.
Ferguson was delighted seeing his opinion about Sturridge confirmed during an outstanding loan spell at Bolton Wanderers last season and will jump at the chance of bringing the ex-Manchester City prospect back home should Chelsea indicate a willingness to sell.
