Ilkay Gundogan is ready to resist foreign offers and sign new terms with Borussia Dortmund.
The Germany midfielder, with just over a year to run on his current BVB deal, has been courted by Manchester United and Atletico Madrid in recent weeks.
However, Kicker says contract talks between Gundogan and BVB have progressed positively and there's every indication he will pen new terms "in the coming weeks".
The agreement will see Gundogan's current €4.5 million salary double.
The midfielder's agents held talks with Atletico last week, while United were in contact with BVB earlier this month to register their interest.
