PSV Eindhoven winger Dries Mertens has cooled talk of a move away in January.

Mertens is being linked with Liverpool and Tottenham.

"As it is, I am very pleased at PSV," says Mertens. "We have a very good team, the atmosphere is great, I'm close to Belgium. Of course you sometimes think higher. But I still have a sour feeling missing the title last year. That must be put right."
