Juventus GM Jean-Claude Blanc says they will continue to stick with their youth policy.

After their 1-1 draw at Bordeaux, Blanc said: "Sebastian Giovinco and Claudio Marchisio being starters is proof that we support the young Italians.

"We aim seriously at them and it is a signal for all our boys in the youth sector. Ciro Ferrara knows them well and does well to give him their opportunity."
