Ipswich Town boss Roy Keane is interested in re-signing Tottenham Hotspur forward Giovani dos Santos. The 20-year-old Mexican played eight games on loan at Portman Road at the back end of last season, scoring four goals.

Keane said: "I spoke to Harry Redknapp about Gio when he was here last year.

"Big clubs know the players get looked after here and are coming to a real club and a manager that will make sure they will train properly and be on time.

"That hopefully helps in our dealing with any Premier League teams."
