Ipswich Town are chasing Sunderland striker Danny Graham.
Graham has been made available for loan by Sunderland boss Gus Poyet and he is expected to move on with the loan transfer window opening this week.
The Sun says Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy hopes to land the Geordie, but will face stiff competition.
Wolves, Leeds United and former club Middlesbrough are also keen on Graham.
The 29 year-old was put up for sale over the summer.
