Barnsley and Blackpool are in contact with Hull City for striker Aaron McLean.
Hull boss Steve Bruce has made McLean available this summer.
"I haven't heard anything personally from (Sheffield Wednesday manager) Dave Jones," Bruce told the Hull Daily Mail.
"But there's been interest from Barnsley and Blackpool for Aaron. If we get the right offer, he can go."
