Groningen's Rusnak open to Southampton move

FC Groningen youngster Albert Rusnak admits he would be open to a potential move to Southampton.

The 20-year old Slovakian winger is attracting interest from the Saints, as well as former club Manchester City, after starring for Dutch club Groningen since arriving in January.

City youth academy product Rusnak, who was offloaded in the winter, has netted six goals in 17 outings in Holland which has attracted the interest of Saints boss Ronald Koeman and the talented attacking midfielder is not against the possibility of a return to England.

"I've been looking at how Southampton have been playing this season," he told talkSPORT's Hawksbee and Jacobs.

"They are playing a style of football the top clubs in Holland are trying to play. They build from the back.

"Ronald Koeman's doing a great job. We'll see what the future holds."
