Fulham are believed to be showing significant interest in Liverpool's Sebastian Coates.
The 22-year old Uruguayan has not lived up to loft expectations at Anfield and could be moved on following the signing of free agent Kolo Toure.
Cottagers boss Martin Jol is looking for a big central defender and is reportedly prepared to pay £5million for Coates who has made just 12 Premier League appearances since he arrived on Merseyside from Nacional in 2011.
