Nottingham Forest boss Sean O'Driscoll admits they've made a move for West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox.

Cox is available from the Baggies this month.

"He is somebody that we have asked about," said O'Driscoll in the Nottingham Evening Post. "We are waiting for answers on one or two things.

"It is just talks at the minute. That is going off with one or two players. You make contact with their clubs, you make contact with their agents.

"Then you wait for developments, to see what happens. We are waiting see what happens with him."
