Fenerbahce midfielder Raul Meireles has been offered to West Ham United.
The Daily Star says according to reports in Turkey, Fenerbahce are now ready to let the 31-year-old leave in a bid to reduce their wage bill.
It is understood, Fenerbahce have made it clear to West Ham that they are willing to accept an offer as low as £3m.
The Portugal international has two years remaining on his current deal, which will see him pocket £5m in total.
