Former Manchester United defender Kevin Moran fears manager David Moyes will get it wrong in this month's transfer market.
The FA Cup winner wrote in the Sunday World: "I'm worried about what Manchester United will do over the next few months, that they might follow Spurs and blow £100million in the transfer market, but still go backwards. All the money Tottenham got for Gareth Bale is now gone, the manager who signed all the players is gone, they are out of the League and FA Cups and are left scrambling around in the Premier League to get a place in the Europa League next season, which in turn will mean playing on Sunday for a lot of the 2014/5 campaign.
"It's a right mess in North London and one Manchester United could find themselves in if they panic buy this month or in the summer. All the talk from the club is that the owners and the Board will give David Moyes time and money to right the ship."
