Pierluigi Casiraghi is at the top of the list as Montreal Impact continue to search for a new head coach.
Reports suggest that the Canadian outfit want an Italian to lead the way next season and Casiraghi, who is the former manager of the Italy U21 team, is their number one target.
Montreal have already spoken to Napoli assistant Enzo Concina who is an American Professional Soccer League champion with the Impact back in 1994 and also represented the Canadian national team.
By bringing in Casiraghi, Impact owner Joey Saputo is keen to continue the Italian niche he has built at the Saputo Stadium which already consists of World Cup winner Alessandro Nesta, Designated Player Marco Di Vaio, defender Matteo Ferrari and forward Bernardo Corradi.
