Dundee United youngster Scott Allan is expected to join West Bromwich Albion today.
The Daily Express says the 20-year-old has passed a medical at the Hawthorns and the two clubs will formalise the paperwork and parade the mid-fielder to supporters.
United will bank around £400,000 for the Scotland U21 star, who was also targeted by Rangers and Celtic.
West Brom won the chase for his signature after agreeing a fee with United which will, crucially, give the Tannadice club a sell on clause for a percentage of any future transfer fee.
