Hernan Crespo says Inter Milan's campaign is back on course after victory over Sampdoria.

"The Roma game is a big one," said the former Chelsea striker. "Beating our direct rivals is important, but so are victories against the smaller teams.

"Now we are first, we lost a game in the Champions League, but nothing serious has happened."
