Joe Cole is set to sign a two-year contract with West Ham United.
The Daily Star says the 32-year-old is set to have a medical tonight at Villa and will look to put-pen-to paper on a two-year deal thought to be worth around £25,000-a-week by Tuesday.
Boss Paul Lambert is keen to add experience to his young side and hopes Cole can help mentor the club's next generations of stars, with the likes of Jack Grealish looking to break into the first team.
