Chelsea striker Torres wary of Corinthians quality

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres is wary of fellow Club World Cup finalists Corinthians.

The Spaniard was influential in yesterday's semifinal win over Monterrey.

Torres said: "It's a very important tournament, especially for the South Americans. It is their childhood dream and we Europeans must learn to treat the tournament in the same way.

"I could hear their fans calling my name and I am very flattered. This is my first time in Japan. They have been waiting a long time for me to come here. I want to show them another good performance on Sunday.

"I saw their semi-final. Their defence is very tight. I'd like to see the video again.

"They are hoping to win this title again but for us it would be the first title in this tournament and I would like to win it. It will be a very difficult game but I will do my best."
