Patrick van Aanholt has left Chelsea to link up with Vitesse Arnhem for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year old Dutch left-back has returned to his homeland in search of first team football which has been hard to come by at Stamford Bridge this season.
van Aanholt had been on loan at Wigan Athletic since the summer but that agreement has been cut short by mutual consent and he will now saddle up for Vitesse who sit sixth on the Eredivisie table.
