ChampionshipBirmingham City have signed Celtic's Scotland Under-19 striker Denny Johnstone on a three-year contract. The 19-year-old has been on trial over the last few weeks and completed his move after a compensation fee was agreed.

"Negotiations with Celtic have been long but we got there in the end," Blues boss Lee Clark said.

"The board have backed me because I feel the boy can offer future value to the squad."
