Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan has bought Belgian club KV Kortrijk.
The Malaysian billionaire, who has owned the Bluebirds since 2010, has reportedly paid 5million for Kortrijk who compete in Belgium's Jupiler Pro League.
A statement on the club's official website said: "The De Gryse family and Vincent Tan have both prioritised the continuation and long-term preservation of an ambitious first division side in Kortrijk.
"A number of clear arrangements have been made to ensure the club will maintain its individuality."
Kortrijk finished the Belgian regular season in fifth position but are currently sixth in the championship play-offs table.
Tan adds the Kerels to his ownership of Welsh club Cardiff City, Bosnian outfit FK Sarajevo and co-ownership of incoming MLS franchise Los Angeles Football Club.
