Brighton have announced a pre-season friendly against Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen. Former Seagulls boss Mark McGhee will return to the Withdean Stadium with his Dons team on Saturday, July 31.

McGhee led Brighton to promotion to the Championship in 2004 and kept them in the division for one season before they were relegated back to League One in 2006.
